Orders are wrapped and shipped from our studio within 2 business days. South African orders over R1 200 ship free. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days; international 7–14.

Every Bow Boutique journal comes wrapped in unbleached muslin and tied with a hand-stamped ribbon — ready to give without a second thought.
Returns
We want you to love your journal. Unwritten and unmarked journals can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Personalized items are final sale. Email us at info@bowboutique.co.za to begin a return.
